1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Vendor", "you") and DEKCLOUD LLP ("DEKCLOUD", "the Provider", "we", "us"), Plot#65, Tripura Enclave, Hyderabad, Telangana 502032, India. They govern your access to and use of this website and of every Dek product and related service (together, "the Service"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Each product's own website states the plans, prices, trial length and refund policy for that product. Those product pages form part of these Terms and prevail for that product where they are more specific.

Each product is a cloud-hosted application with a web app, an administration console and a mobile app for owners. Features available to you depend on the product and on your subscription plan.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be a business, or an authorised representative of one, capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and for all activity under your account and the users you create.
- Your email address and mobile number are your sign-in identity and may be verified by a one-time code. Keep them current.
4. Free accounts, plans and billing
- New Vendors may receive a free account for the period shown on the product's website, with no card details required. When it ends the account becomes read-only: existing records stay viewable and exportable, and no new records can be created. Data is retained for the grace period stated on the product's website and is not deleted merely because the free period lapsed. Activating a paid plan within that window restores full access to the same data.
- Paid plans are billed for the term shown before you pay and are inclusive of applicable GST. Each plan permits a maximum number of user logins; exceeding it requires an upgrade.
- On successful recording of payment the plan is activated and a GST tax invoice is issued to your registered billing details. Keep your billing name and GSTIN accurate.
- Subscriptions do not renew silently; continued use after a term requires a renewal payment. Prices may change prospectively and never affect an already-paid term.
- Where a product offers assisted data migration from your previous software, it is optional, provided on a best-efforts basis from the export your previous software can produce, and you must verify migrated balances, stock and records before relying on them.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Paid plans carry the refund guarantee stated on the product's website, normally a 7-day refund from the subscription start date with no reason required. The product's Refund & Cancellation page gives the full conditions and forms part of these Terms.
6. Your data and our responsibilities
- You retain all ownership of the business data you enter. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy, acting as a Data Processor for the records you keep about your own customers, patients, guests and staff.
- We apply encryption in transit, field-level encryption for sensitive identifiers, encrypted per-Vendor backups, separate databases per Vendor and role-based access control.
- You may export your data or request its deletion on termination. Encrypted backups are decryptable with a key we provide to you. Your data is never locked in.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of the personal data you record, including obtaining any consent your own customers and employees must give.
7. Third-party services you connect
- Google Drive backups. If you connect a Google account, you authorise the DEKCLOUD Backups application to create and manage backup files in your Drive, under Google's terms and your Google account settings. The backups are yours; disconnecting at any time stops further uploads and leaves existing files in your Drive. Section 6 of the Privacy Policy describes exactly what is accessed.
- WhatsApp. Documents you choose to send to your customers are delivered through our WhatsApp Business number under Meta's business messaging terms. You confirm that you may contact each recipient on that number.
- Payments. Online payments, where offered, are processed by a payment gateway on its own pages under its own terms. We never receive your card details.
- We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of a third-party service, and may replace one with an equivalent.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully, to store data you have no right to process, to attempt to breach security or reach another Vendor's data, to overload or disrupt the Service, or to resell it without our written agreement.
- Do not send unsolicited or unlawful messages through the Service's messaging features.
9. Mobile apps
Our mobile apps are licensed to you, not sold, for use with your account on devices you control. App-store terms also apply where you obtained the app from a store. An app may require a minimum version to connect; update it when prompted.
10. Intellectual property
The Dek products, the DEKCLOUD and Dek names and marks, and all related software and content are the proprietary property of DEKCLOUD LLP. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during your subscription. No ownership of the software is transferred.
11. Availability and support
- We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available at all times and to perform planned maintenance outside Indian business hours, with notice by email or in-app where an interruption is expected.
- Support is available by email, WhatsApp and phone during business hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Response targets, where a product states them, are targets for a first response and are published on that product's website.
- Excluded from any availability commitment: planned maintenance, faults in your own internet, device or network, failures of third-party services outside our control, and events of force majeure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEKCLOUD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data that you did not back up where backup tools were available to you. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time; the product's Refund & Cancellation page states the effect on fees.
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment or unlawful use, with notice where practicable. On termination you may export your data as described in section 6.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the products or the law evolve. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes are highlighted in the applications. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
